Privacy Policy

We only ask for what we need to run your order and your account:

• Account details — your first and last name, email address, and a password (stored only in hashed form, never as plain text).
• Delivery details — the name, phone number and address you enter at checkout: street address, city, postal code and province, plus an optional company name and second address line.
• Order history — the items you bought, what you paid, and the delivery status of each order.
• Messages you send us — anything you tell us by phone or WhatsApp when you ask about an order, a size or a return.

You can browse the whole store and place an order without creating an account. Creating one simply saves your addresses and order history for next time.

When you visit the site we receive the usual technical information a web server sees — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and the site you arrived from. We use Google Analytics to turn this into aggregate statistics about how the store is used: which products get viewed, where people stop during checkout, and how many orders are completed.

We do not use this information to try to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with your account details to build a profile of you.

This site sets three kinds of cookie:

• Your cart — acheckoutIdcookie that remembers which basket is yours so your items are still there when you come back. Without it the cart cannot work.
• Staying signed in — session cookies set when you log in, so you don't have to re-enter your password on every page. They are cleared when you log out.
• Analytics — Google Analytics cookies (names beginning_ga) that count visits and measure the checkout funnel.

You can block or delete any of these in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics everywhere using Google's browser opt-out add-on. Blocking the cart and sign-in cookies will stop those features from working; blocking analytics changes nothing about how the store behaves for you.

• To pack, dispatch and deliver your order, and to collect payment on delivery.
• To contact you about an order — confirming it, arranging delivery, or handling a return.
• To manage your account and show you your own order history.
• To answer your questions over phone or WhatsApp.
• To understand how the store is used so we can improve it.
• To keep the records we are required to keep, and to detect fraudulent orders.

We do not send marketing email, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Orders are cash on delivery: you pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. We never ask for and never store card numbers, CVV codes or bank details anywhere on this site.

We share only what is necessary, and only with those who help us run the store:

• Courier companies — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your parcel and collect payment.
• Google Analytics — the usage statistics described above.
• Our hosting and store platform — the services that run this website and hold our product and order records on our behalf.
• WhatsApp — if you choose to message us there, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers and staff.

Order and delivery records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, warranty and returns purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics under its own retention settings and is not tied to your name.

We sell clothing for children, but the store itself is meant to be used by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not ask for a child's name, age or date of birth. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

• See and correct your details — sign in and open your account to review your addresses and order history and update anything that is wrong.
• Delete your account — you can request deletion yourself from account settings. We may keep the minimum order records we are required to retain.
• Opt out of analytics — use your browser settings or the Google opt-out add-on linked above.
• Ask us anything — if you would rather we handled a request for you, get in touch using the details below.

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, passwords are stored only as hashes, and access to order records is limited to the people who need it to run the shop. No system is completely secure, so please choose a password you don't use elsewhere and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and move the “last updated” date at the top. Please check back from time to time.
